Sorry, we're now only on the internet. The shop Elizabeth's Fancy was closed in 1997.

2) Can I place my order now and have it delivered at a later date?
You certainly may. Just let us know when you'd like to have it sent via the message box on the order form and we will mail it accordingly.

3) What forms of payment do you accept?

4) Do you ship to international addresses.
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs may vary.

5) How do I know that my online transactions are safe?
Both of the online payment companies, Authorize.net and PayPal are secure.
Check for the little lock icon at the bottom of the page when you are entering in your information. This tells you that you are on a secure ordering page.

6) Is my personal information confidential?
Yes, most definitely! We do not share or sell your information to ANYONE. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information

7) Can I call or fax you with my credit card information?
Sorry, no, not at this time. You must complete your payment transactions on line.

8) How is sales tax calculated?
Hawaii Sales tax on orders placed from addresses in Hawaii which are sent to addresses within Hawaii.

9) What if I get the wrong item or an item is missing from my order?
If we've send the wrong item(s), just let us know. Send back the item(s) and we will pay your return postage and send out the correct item to you promptly. If we've left something out of your order, just let us know and we will send it to you promptly.

10) May I cancel my order?
Yes, you may. Just send us an email and we'll cancel it for you. However, if it has been mailed you will have to send it back at your own expense and you will receive a full refund less a $5 restocking fee and the original postage.

11) What is your return policy?
Items that are damaged in transit, if insured, should be reported to the Post Office and the applicable forms filled out and the item returned to us or given to the Post Office. We will either need the item returned or a receipt from the Post Office that they have received the item for credit processing to us. Once received (returned item or a copy of the PO receipt) we will replace the item at our cost.

If you return an item that you decide you don't want, upon receipt we will issue a refund less a $5 restocking fee and postage as long as the item in in it's original condition - as when shipped to you. Returns of this type must be received within 10 days of our shipping date to you - 15 days during the Christmas holidays. Returns after that will not be accepted unless they are being returned, within 30 days, by someone who was sent the merchandise as a gift.

12) Shipping Options, Charges and Delivery Times
Everything is sent via the US Post Office from Hawaii using, whenever possible, flat rate envelopes and boxes for domestic orders and Global Express flat rate envelopes for international orders.

International shipments, however, only offer a flat rate envelope and sometimes it is cheaper to send multiple items in two packages, rather than all in one. In the case where shipping charges are far more than what is estimated, I will ask for additional payment.

A Priority Mail or Global Express flat rate envelope will hold two of the hard bound quilting books (the square ones) - or other products totaling about 3/4" width.

A Priority Mail box will hold up to 9 hard bound quilt books (the square
ones) or other product that will fit into the box which is just under 6" x 11" x 8".

Delivery Times
I try to mail items in a timely manner - usually within a week of receipt of the order and payment. There are times when there will be short delays during holiday seasons or illness.

If you haven't gotten your order within a couple of weeks of ordering and are worried, please, always email me to check on it. You may have forgotten to send in payment, your check may have stopped off on it's way here for a suntan, or I may have simply overlooked or filed it away by mistake.

If you receive your order with something missing - email me and I'll send it out at, of course, no charge. If you've gotten the wrong item, and I'll refund your return postage via the post office.
